Adjusting Liability Claims -3

In practice it is the insurance adjuster who, working with the insured, the producer, broker or agent, who helps the insured establish that he or she was actually insured.

The policies on which Dart was making claim were destroyed or lost and the Supreme Court was called upon to establish what proof was necessary from the insured in order to establish its rights under a lost or destroyed insurance policy.
