Qui Tam

Most qui tam actions seek to recover damages and statutory penalties for false claims made to the government by government contractors such as defense contractors and healthcare providers. A qui tam action can be brought for any government insurance program such as National Flood Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and state sponsored earthquake or storm insurance.
