Losses Arising From Possession of Controlled Substances
The New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division refused to allow coverage for defense or indemnity of a wrongful death claim resulting from an attempt to purchase marijuana on credit and then, when the purchase failed, to steal the marijuana with a gun. The attempted theft resulted in the death of an individual.
