Write the Captioned Report – 2

The Witnesses

For each witness, the adjuster should report the same information as for the claimant, as well as the witness’ location at the time of the accident, and any physical disabilities that might affect his or her ability as a witness. It can take as long as five years to get a suit to trial. If the witness cannot be found when the trial starts the investigation conducted by the adjuster will be wasted.
