Write the Captioned Report – 3


This section should explain the extent and nature of the injuries and damages claimed by the claimant. The adjuster should state his or her estimate of the loss and suggested reserve. The adjuster should also include information necessary to support this, like medical reports asked for or received and the adjuster’s personal view of the claimant and his or her injuries.
