Jewelers Block

In Hanover Insurance Company v. A. M. I. Diamonds, 397 F.3d 528 (7th Cir. 2005) the Seventh Circuit upheld the exclusion for the following reasons, to curb what is called “moral hazard” and to limit coverage in high-risk settings even when there is no moral hazard.
