Insurance 101 – Chapter 9 – Volume 105 – Experts

In severe injury or large damage cases, reconstruction experts and expert photographers should be brought in early. Expert photographs are more meaningful if they are taken immediately after the incident. It is important that the experts see the skid marks, gravel, oil, or anything else present at the scene that might disappear over time. It may be too late for them to work effectively and assist the investigation if the decision to hire experts is put off until the suit is pending or a lawsuit has been threatened.
