Conducting the EUO

It is important that the interviewer does not lose control of his or her emotions. The interviewer should never lose his or her temper as very few people will respond to an interviewer they do not like. An interviewer who has lost his or her temper can no longer think ahead clearly or logically plan the next step in the interview.
