The Importance of Body Language
An entire interview is based upon the conclusions formed from witness observation. The interviewer should be a good observer who is able to learn a great deal about a person’s thoughts and emotions from their expressions and gestures. Very few people can maintain a “poker face” in front of an observant interviewer.
