Checklist for Interviewing a Fraud Suspect

Adjusters know that not all claims made are honest. When fraud is suspected, interview techniques should be modified from those used in an  apparently honest claim. Most interviews should occur at a place and time of your choice. If the interview is to succeed, check that you have the following before you begin.
