Insurance 101 – Chapter 14 – Volume 19 – Evidence


Another broad procedural category is evidence. Depending on the jurisdiction in which the adjuster practices, this factor can change the entire case. If the venue in which the case is to be tried will limit the evidence, the plaintiff is allowed to present, the value of the case can be reduced.
