Investigation Methods

In order to successfully deny a claim for insurance fraud or allow the state to prosecute the fraudulent claimant, the insurance fraud investigator (referred to here simply as the investigator) must answer six questions with regard to each loss: Who? What? Why? Where? When? and How? Detailed below are the steps that an investigator will follow in order to answer these questions.
